Job Summary

Central Florida Lincoln is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our Team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed. They may also set up loaner cars and verify insurance before maintenance is scheduled.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
  • Track the status of your customers repair orders during the day keeping the customer updated.
  • Present the best solution to properly repair our customers vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
  • Manage the stores workflow in an effective and efficient manner
  • Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
  • Always maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere
  • Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
  • Build long-term relationships between the store yourself and the customer
  • Directs coordinates and participates in performing customer service activities
  • Shuttle customers as needed.
  • Be a liaison between the service manager parts personnel technicians and warranty administration.
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
  • Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Strive to meet managements metrics for sales per repair order total gross profit repair orders per day and customer satisfaction scores

Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of CSI and sales history preferably with a luxury dealership preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
  • Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
