Lead Veterinarian Laurinburg NC
A veterinary practice in Laurinburg North Carolina is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to guide its medical team and support the growth of the practice. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys collaboration values high-quality medicine and is ready to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered high-quality veterinary care
Mentor and guide associate doctors technicians and support staff
Partner with practice leadership on scheduling staffing and operational goals
Oversee a varied caseload of appointments and surgeries
Build and maintain strong client relationships within the community
Serve as the veterinarian of record for permits and licenses
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Licensed or eligible to practice in North Carolina
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Interest in mentorship and professional development
