Job Summary
Under the direction of a Senior Engineer or Manager the Engineer I support clients to analyze research document communicate and remediate identified events that provide stability and security to the clients infrastructure in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Understands client support scope for technology infrastructure and security structures.
- Ensures overall client satisfaction by providing ongoing support for contracted hardware and services.
- Effectively triage alerts for hardware connectivity and security while following best practices.
- Responds to hardware and security alerts ensuring case is documented and communication with the clients.
- Records case documentation and supports learning on team/project sites.
- Communicates with stakeholders any trends identified in alerts.
- Works within the time and scope for projects and communicates overages and availability in advance.
- Works in a team environment both with Wipfli team members and client team members.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of job-related experience.
- Obtains certifications or is working towards appropriate certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
