Job Summary

Under the direction of a Senior Engineer or Manager the Engineer I support clients to analyze research document communicate and remediate identified events that provide stability and security to the clients infrastructure in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Understands client support scope for technology infrastructure and security structures.
• Ensures overall client satisfaction by providing ongoing support for contracted hardware and services.
• Effectively triage alerts for hardware connectivity and security while following best practices.
• Responds to hardware and security alerts ensuring case is documented and communication with the clients.
• Records case documentation and supports learning on team/project sites.
• Communicates with stakeholders any trends identified in alerts.
• Works within the time and scope for projects and communicates overages and availability in advance.
• Works in a team environment both with Wipfli team members and client team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of job-related experience.
• Obtains certifications or is working towards appropriate certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in related field.
