As a Driver Operator in our surfacing team you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy vehicles and machinery including rollers pavers trucks and graders. Your duties will involve transporting surfacing materials to and from project sites and ensuring surfaces are properly prepared through grading and compaction.
Youll also play a key role in laying spreading and smoothing different surfacing materials such as asphalt concrete and seal. Maintaining equipment and strictly following safety protocols are essential aspects of this role as is working collaboratively with a diverse team to consistently deliver high-quality results.

Were looking for someone with:
Full Class 2 license and WTR.
Previous experience in surfacing
Experience in operating as rollers skid steers & pavers is a must
Able to work both independently or as a team
Excellent communication skills.
