Business Assurance in Japan consists of 2 main service lines i.e. Management System Certification and Training.

The QES Auditor is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development leading the delivery of projects and ensuring service excellence to clients. This position helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized position reports to the Quality Manager.

主な職務内容QES Auditor
Perform 3rd party ISO9001/14001/45001(OHSAS 18001) audits for Japan customers
日本国内の顧客を対象にISO 9001ISO 14001ISO 45001OHSAS 18001を含むの第三者認証審査を実施するProvide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure
顧客の是正処置およびクローズ対応を期限内かつ正確にレビューするDocument and report audit activities and results
監査活動およびその結果を適切に文書化報告するInteract directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely complete and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system
顧客のマネジメント層すべてのレベルと直接コミュニケーションを取りマネジメントシステムの実施状況または適合状況についてタイムリーで正確かつ網羅的な報告書を作成するMaintain schedule of audit activity with customers
顧客との監査スケジュールを適切に管理維持するMaintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed
必要に応じて監査員資格力量を維持更新し上位資格や関連資格の取得に積極的に取り組むContribute to the growth and development of a world-class industry-leading auditing team
業界をリードする一流の監査チームの成長発展に貢献するConducting ISO9001 ISO14001 & 45001(OHSAS 18001) Foundation Training and Internal auditor course
ISO 9001ISO 14001ISO 45001OHSAS 18001に関する基礎研修および内部監査員コースの講師を担当するProvide sales support when required
必要に応じて営業活動をサポートする

Qualifications
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE スキル能力経験
Bachelors or Masters degree
学士号または修士号を有していることCurrently doing 3rd party audits with minimum of 5-year experience in quality management system第三者認証審査の実務経験があり品質マネジメントシステム分野で5年以上の経験を有していること
Currently qualified as an Auditor of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and/or at least 5-year experience of QHSE management systems in industries such as Chemicals Metal Automotive Mechanical Electrical and other industries.
ISO の審査員資格を現在有していることまた 化学金属自動車機械電気その他の産業分野においてQHSEマネジメントシステムの実務経験を5年以上有していることExperience with different industry types able to be qualified for multiple NACE codes
複数の業種での審査経験を有し複数のNACEコードにおいて審査員資格を取得できる能力があることEffective communication skills in English and Japanese
日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力を有していることProven project and/or team leader delivering service excellence
プロジェクトまたはチームリーダーとしての実績があり優れたサービスを提供した経験があることAbility to work in an international team delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget
国際的なチームの一員として高品質な成果物を期限内予算内でリード提供できる能力を有していることAbility to lead multiple projects in parallel often with conflicting demands and timelines
複数のプロジェクトを並行して管理遂行できる能力があり優先順位やスケジュールの競合にも柔軟に対応できることAble to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance support and feedback on performance in constructive manner to Management
マネジメント層に対してタスクの明確な割り当て適切な指導サポートフィードバックを建設的に行える能力を有していることWillingness to travel and work around Japan and other locations.
日本国内およびその他地域への出張に対応できる柔軟性と意欲を有していること
