Domiciliary Care Manager 42500 New Branch Setup

This role is offering the chance to become a Domiciliary Care Manager leading the setup and growth of a fresh care branch. With full responsibility for shaping the service building a strong team and driving business development this is the perfect position for an ambitious care professional who thrives on making a difference.

Youll be at the heart of creating a high-quality person-centred service that not only meets CQC standards but also supports people to live well in their own homes.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager or Domiciliary Care Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in the business and operational management of a care branch.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop grow and maintain a successful care service.
