What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager or Domiciliary Care Manager.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Experience in the business and operational management of a care branch.
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to develop grow and maintain a successful care service.
