Job Summary

工作职责

1. 信息收集与分析

在日常工作中主动收集与业务发展和客户管理相关的信息和数据完整准确真实记录市场动态和客户在疾病领域的学术需求包括建立客户档案填写C360拜访信息等应用C360系统所获数据信息来评估市场潜力辨别业务机会达成业务目标

2. 资源利用

了解自己所拥有的资源以及各项资源的使用方法能够依据业务需要应用区域管理原则把资源分配到客户层面在合规前提下和预算范围内有效执行公司的市场策略和品牌活动

3. 客户管理

制定阶段性拜访计划为每一次拜访设定SMART且连续性的拜访目标提升客户认可度并定期回顾与区域内的重点客户建立并推进良好工作关系并正面影响其他客户

4. 绩效管理

运用绩效管理工具达成个人绩效目标在上级经理的指导下实现专业能力提升职业发展

任职要求

1. 大学学历商业医学或辅助医学专业优先

2. 至少3-5年制药/医疗行业工作经验

3. 较强的谈判和沟通能力

4. 团队合作自我激励自信敬业
