About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Brisbane Northside Emergency team on a casual basis. You will be an integral part of the team that is passionate about making a difference to the lives of those you care for while making a positive contribution to the overall standard of care delivered.

Things that work for us:
Flexibility to integrate into a 24-hour roster day/evening/night shifts is essential
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role.
Strong customer service skills.
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
An understanding of medical terminology preferable
The ability to professionally liaise with colleagues patients visitors and medical professionals.
The ability to maintain a high level or of professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent telephone manner.
Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently show initiative and work productively within a team environment.
