E-Logic Inc. seeks a dynamic Outside Sales Executiveto expand our Moving & Storage division into the commercial sector. This role will focus on developing new business relationships with private sector organizations including corporate offices property managers facility directors and relocation decision-makers. The successful candidate will generate leads build strong client relationships and close new contracts that diversify our portfolio beyond government solicitations. The ideal candidate must willing to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Identify and target commercial prospects (corporate offices real estate companies universities healthcare facilities law firms etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities using networking cold outreach referrals and industry events.
- Conduct in-person meetings presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
- Sales Execution
- Develop tailored proposals and quotes in collaboration with the operations team.
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and deals using CRM tools.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new commercial accounts.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless hand-off from sales to operations.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Market Growth
- Collaborate with marketing (including Fannit) to align campaigns with target industries.
- Provide feedback on market trends customer needs and competitive activity.
- Represent the company at networking events trade shows and industry associations.
Qualifications:
- Required
- 35 years of B2B outside sales experience preferably in moving logistics or facilities-related industries.
- Proven ability to prospect develop and close new accounts.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally.
- Preferred
- Experience selling relocation facilities or logistics services.
- Existing network within the DC Metro business community.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
