Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT RPT) to join our team in a school-based setting in Pell City. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students by helping them achieve their physical potential and enhance their educational experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students to assess their physical capacities and limitations within the educational environment.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the needs of each student.
Collaborate closely with teachers parents and other educational staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the students daily routines.
Monitor and document student progress adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide training and resources to school staff and families to support the students physical development.
Stay current with best practices in pediatric physical therapy and apply them to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT RPT) in the state of Alabama.
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
