The production Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations on the plant floor including production inventory control shipping/receiving and maintenance. This individual will play a key role in helping the company scale operations by driving quality efficiency and continuous improvement in thermoforming and CNC trimming processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a plastics manufacturing environment and the technical acumen to manage both people and machines.

This is a Permanent Position that is required to be fully on site.

Relocation assistance considered for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM ( Overtime offered )

Salary: $70000 - $110000

Qualifications:

5 years experience in thermoformingrequired
Strong understanding of CNC machining preferred
Proven experience managing production operations including: Experience managing production schedules inventory Machine Maintenance and shipping logistics
Ability to lead and train floor staff on technical processes
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience in industries such as HVAC aerospace automotive or medical plastics is a plus
Comfortable with hands-on production work when needed
