Quality Staffing Inc. is hiring aBi-lingual Twisting Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing facility in Dalton GA. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position The schedule is MondayFriday 11:00 PM 7:00 AM with training required on 1st Shift before transitioning to 3rd Shift. This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor with a background in manufacturing or textiles who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading a team. Paying $18.40 per hour competitive pay based on hiring.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of twisting department employees
- Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
- Maintain and enforce safety procedures in accordance with company standards
- Train coach and evaluate team members to promote efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with management on scheduling reporting and operational improvements
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with quality control requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing or textile industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of safety and quality practices in industrial settings
