Client Support Specialist - Real Estate

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and customer-focusedClient Support Specialistto join a growing Real Estate this role you will play a key part in ensuring clients receive exceptional service through comprehensive support and engagement. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to assist with client account inquiries administrative support and facilitating smooth transactions. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills attention to detail and a passion for helping others in a fast-paced yet rewarding industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries resolving issues with professionalism and a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients throughout the transaction process including scheduling appointments managing documentation and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update client records by keeping accurate and detailed account information in the companys CRM system.
  • Support account management efforts by monitoring progress addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with established timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless service and enhance the client experience.
  • Prepare client-related reports presentations and correspondence as needed to support the team.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks challenges or opportunities to the relevant departments to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously maintain a strong understanding of the real estate industry and changes in market trends to better assist clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client service customer support or account assistant role ideally within the real estate or property management sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse client groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience using CRM tools or real estate software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to client care.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven for high accuracy in documentation and transactions.
  • Real estate licensure or certifications are a plus but not required.
