Were looking for a bold commercially-minded Senior Manager to help lead the Creative Strategy team in North America driving how Snapchats creative solutions deliver measurable business results for advertisers across the US and Canada. This leader will bring executive presence to clients and internal stakeholders alike ensuring Snaps unique creative ecosystem translates into platform-first AI-enabled performance-driving campaigns.
As part of the Americas Creative Strategy (CS) leadership team you will guide and inspire a group of high-performing strategists represent CS in senior commercial conversations and help shape the way our global creative vision comes to life regionally. Youll be a trusted partner to Sales leaders a champion of creative excellence and a driver of innovation that scales across teams and markets.
What Youll Do:
Lead and develop a team of Creative Strategists across Large and Medium Customer Solutions (LCS and MCS) including senior ICs.
Drive the execution of Snaps global Creative Strategy vision in North America tailoring to regional market dynamics.
Represent Creative Strategy in senior client and cross-functional forums influencing decision-making and strengthening Snaps creative reputation.
Partner with Sales leadership to ensure CS is a commercial unlock across brand and performance campaigns.
Deliver bold insight-driven creative ideas that harness Snaps most innovative formats and tools.
Shape adoption of AI-accelerated workflows embedding smarter faster story-led thinking into the teams approach.
Build a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation and scaling reusable creative assets and frameworks.
Establish clear processes and metrics to raise creative quality delivery speed and commercial impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
12 years of experience in brand strategy creative leadership or digital marketing with at least 2 years of management experience.
Track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and producing high-value creative work across diverse client portfolios.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent a creative POV with executive-level impact.
Strong grasp of both brand and performance advertising linking creative solutions directly to commercial outcomes.
Experience operating in a global or matrixed environment translating global direction into local execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience across agency platform and client-side roles.
Familiarity with creative measurement tools and performance optimization frameworks.

Compensation
In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $190000-$284000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
