Head of Distribution Proposition Delivery

A bit about the job:

The Head of Distribution Proposition Delivery drives the agenda to deliver a seamless and valuable proposition for clients globally. The role will be a key interface with all functions and all levels of the business requiring engagement and alignment to support change. You will monitor client expectations and feedback and take proactive action to improve their experience. You will also be responsible for the design and execution of the Distribution Proposition roadmap driven by key business priorities and client needs. They will also lead in articulating and executing the Consumer Duty strategy for the company and to the board.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Inspiring leader with a proven track record of implementing operational change to support distribution strategy.
- Strong relationship builder able to engage a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills driving high-performing teams.
- Experience executing significant change programmes and developing client strategy and journey.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with deep understanding of financial services or asset management environments.
