Job Summary
LPN/SDC - IP Skilled Nursing Community
Willow Tree Care Center in Delta Colorado is looking to hire outstanding LPNSDC - IP who enjoy providing compassionate senior care.
We offer the followingbenefits but not limited to:
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm - On Call Responsibilities
- $85000.00 to 89000.00 Annual
- Health Insurance

Our LPN provide support to the Director of Nursing and staff development. Also many of their responsibilities and tasks including completing resident assessments and administering medications. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is looking to get into a leadership role or take their career to the next level. A great blend of clinical work along with staff leadership as they direct and manage caregivers med techs and other employees in meeting resident needs and providing excellent care. Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Must have a valid unrestricted LPN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Love for seniors!
