Job Summary:
This position provides direct event support to the NWTF field staff and our volunteers. Communicates with the field staff volunteers and vendors daily to insure we meet the needs of our chapters for any ticketed fundraising needs. Provides customer service support and follow through on any inquires directed and handled by our team. Monitors all event reporting for accuracy and updates. Tracks and assist the event from the beginning of the ticket order through ordering and finalization to help insure the success. Assist with new chapter start up and onboarding process.
