What youll do.
The Sales and Advertising Support Associate plays a key role in driving the success of the AAN Conferences by supporting and executing impactful sponsorship and advertising opportunities. From coordinating high-visibility exhibitor presentations (like Product Theaters) to managing both live and virtual advertising initiatives this position is at the heart of conference revenue generation. With a strong focus on detail and organization the role also supports critical budget tracking for revenue and expenses helping ensure seamless financial operations behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a high-performing team that delivers exceptional event experiences.
