Job Description: Your Impact
Are you energized by driving results and making every interaction count As a Customer Care Coordinator youll be the connection point between our customers and our experts elevating customer experiences while keeping our field representatives schedules running with precision.
Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Drive results by handling inbound and outbound calls that turn leads into scheduled appointments.
- Own the schedule by coordinating and managing field representatives calendars for maximum efficiency minimal conflicts and on-time appointments.
- Exceed the standard by hitting and surpassing goals for lead conversion appointment retention and customer satisfaction.
- Build trust by communicating clearly and personally with customers.
- Team up for success by collaborating with fellow coordinators and field reps to deliver a seamless high-quality experience.
Qualifications: What You Offer
- Must be at least 18
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience scheduling or coordination responsibilities preferred
- A history of reliable and consistent job longevity
- Pre-employment screening includes but isnt limited to a felony/misdemeanor background check
