The Food Runner will provide consistent efficient personalized and prompt food and beverage service in our restaurant while ensuring that Omni Hotel & Resort standards are met at all times.

• Greet guests when entering the roomswith a pleasant smile and superior customer service.
• Set up according to type of event and service standards.
• Take orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on menu selections.
• Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements allergies dietary needs and special requests.
• Record transction in MICROS system at time of order.
• Present accurate check to guest and process payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Clean and set up.
• Complete closing duties.

• 1 years of food/beverage service preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of Micros preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good up-selling skills.
• Self-motivated flexible and reliable.
• Honest and dependable.
• Great customer service and a positive attitude.
• Ability to become TIPS certified
• Food Handlers certification
