About The Opportunity
The Site Supervisorwill play a crucial role in overseeing roof replacement and repair works ensuring projects are executed safely on schedule and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing on-site teams maintaining safety standards coordinating materials and subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship across all stages of the project.
- Supervise daily roof works ensuring safety timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate trades subcontractors suppliers and site resources.
- Monitor progress and quality resolving issues to avoid delays.
- Enforce WHS safety and environmental standards on site.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all works meet client expectations.
- Liaise with clients and teams providing updates and managing needs.
- Report on progress risks variations and efficiency improvements.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 Years Experience In Building Roofing Or Site Supervision
- Strong Knowledge Of Building Practices Roofing Systems & WHS
- Skilled In Coordinating Trades Subcontractors & Suppliers
- Excellent Time Management & Multi-Project Coordination
- Strong Communication Attention To Detail & Problem Solving
- Licence & Insurance Building Experience (Preferred)
