An ambitious and inclusive primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a dynamic and experienced teacher to join their team as a Primary Teacher and Middle Leader on a full-time basis starting in January 2026. This role offers the opportunity to combine high-quality classroom teaching with leadership responsibilities driving curriculum development and supporting colleagues.

About the Role
As a Middle Leader you will lead a curriculum area or year group while also maintaining a full teaching timetable. You will support staff development monitor teaching and learning and contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach your assigned class delivering high-quality engaging lessons across the curriculum
- Lead a subject area or year group providing guidance support and coaching to colleagues
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning in your area of responsibility
- Contribute to curriculum planning development and assessment strategies
- Analyse pupil progress and use data to inform interventions and improvements
- Support professional development opportunities for staff within your leadership remit
- Maintain effective communication with senior leadership staff and parents
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven classroom experience in primary education (KS1 or KS2)
- Experience in a leadership role such as subject lead or year group lead
- Strong understanding of curriculum design assessment and effective pedagogy
- Excellent organisational communication and team-working skills
- Committed to raising standards mentoring colleagues and supporting school improvement
- Confident in using data to drive outcomes for pupils
