Practice Type: Inpatient
Hospital: Mon-Sun 8a-5p
Call Schedule: Usually there is a possibility of after-hours call up to a 24-hr period

Required Clinical Areas:

Inpatient - Infectious Disease

Preferred Clinical Areas:

Inpatient - Internal Medicine

Preferred Procedures:

Microscopic specimen evaluation
Management of vascular access devices/central venous catheters (Familiarity with intravenous medications Cental line placement)
Intrathecal administration of anti-infective agents
Diagnostic/therapeutic taps (Aspiration of abscess Arthrocentesis Lumbar puncture Thoracentesis)
Liver biopsy

Travel Reimbursements:

Flights - Up to $750 RT cap
Lodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to $150 total per night cap.
Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.

Requirement description :

Board Certified in Infectious Disease - REQUIRED
Active CO License or Active IMLC LOQ - REQUIRED
BLS ACLS - REQUIRED

Weekend Requirements : Yes
