Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: This post-partum unit is a close knit family of nurses and PCTs who work very well together as a team on a very busy post-partum unit. The patients are high risk with the low risk patients separated out on a free-standing LDRP that is across the street. Scheduling is fairly flexible and we are willing to work with the traveler.
