Position: Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master
Location: Research Triangle Park Durham NC (27709)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master to support agile teams in their ceremonies and project implementations. This role involves daily tracking backlog refinement sprint planning and facilitating agile ceremonies while ensuring continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily scrum meetings sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with stakeholders for prioritization and understanding of epics and user stories.
Analyze and report on key metrics to drive team performance and agile maturity.
Remove impediments and support teams in delivering business value effectively.
Coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning and manage dependencies across teams.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) for at least 7 years.
Proficiency in JIRA Confluence and other project management tools (7 years).
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively (7 years).
Excellent facilitation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences (5 years).
Certified Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master with at least 5 years of experience.
