Job Summary

Position: Business Systems- FinXact Analyst

Location: Las Vegas NV (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finxact Analyst to support the implementation and integration of the Finxact core banking platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking and financial services with hands-on experience in core banking systems preferably Finxact. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product owners business stakeholders architects and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather analyze and document requirements related to Finxact core banking functionalities.
Support the configuration and integration of Finxact with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. digital channels payments cards).
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with Finxact and internal teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities limitations and customization.
Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming UAT and production validation.
Help define and maintain core banking workflows such as account opening servicing lending and deposits.
Provide expertise in Finxact APIs data models and banking domain knowledge.
Monitor and report progress issues and risks to stakeholders and project managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5 years of experience in banking or fintech as a Business Analyst System Analyst or similar role.
Minimum 1 2 years of experience working with Finxact core banking platform (or strong exposure to similar platforms like FIS Temenos or Fiserv).
Deep understanding of core banking processes: deposits payments lending account servicing etc.
Hands-on experience with API specifications data mapping and system integration.
Strong documentation skills: BRD FRD user stories process flows.
Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence and SQL.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with digital banking platforms cards/payments systems or customer onboarding solutions.
Prior experience in client-facing roles or working directly with Finxact/FIS teams
