Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in the Philippines to manage solar and battery

backup projects in California remotely. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the end-toend

project lifecycle including design permitting installation PTO and SGIP rebate submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee solar and battery backup projects remotely from start to finish

Coordinate design permitting and installation processes with local teams and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with California codes regulations and utility requirements

Submit and track SGIP rebate applications and other relevant incentives

Monitor project timelines budgets and quality standards

Communicate regularly with clients subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations

Troubleshoot issues and provide proactive solutions throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing solar and battery backup projects

Strong understanding of California-based processes: design permits installation PTO and rebate

submission

Familiarity with SGIP and other utility incentives

Excellent project management communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently manage multiple projects remotely and coordinate with on-site

teams
