Job Description
aily Responsibilities
- Working cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers that results in the thorough understanding of their needs
- Provide real time updates on individual shipments as well as any feedback from clients on their experiences with Plycon
- Entering client orders accurately into our BOL system ensuring all pertinent details are captured and shared
- Maintaining client communications and liaising between clients and internal operational staff to ensure smooth operational flow on all client shipments.
Qualifications
- Previous account management & support experience
- Articulate spoken & written and well-accustomed to a client facing role
- Ability to work well within a team
