Job Summary

aily Responsibilities

Working cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers success
Create and maintain relationships with customers that results in the thorough understanding of their needs
Provide real time updates on individual shipments as well as any feedback from clients on their experiences with Plycon
Entering client orders accurately into our BOL system ensuring all pertinent details are captured and shared
Maintaining client communications and liaising between clients and internal operational staff to ensure smooth operational flow on all client shipments.

Qualifications

Previous account management & support experience
Articulate spoken & written and well-accustomed to a client facing role
Ability to work well within a team
