Job Description
*Role Description**
- This is a full-time on-site position for a Controller at MOOvers Chicago. The primary responsibilities include:
- - Monthly financial reporting annual budgeting forecasting and cost management
- - Administration and maintenance of company payroll benefits and insurance
- - Generating reports and analyses to assist owners in evaluating metrics costs and variances
- - Managing insurance renewals and local business permits and fees
- - Developing internal controls for expenses reporting and all financial transactions
- - Working closely with leadership/ownership and other departments.
- **Qualifications**
- - Strong skills in financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
- - Management experience
- - Advanced Excel skills are essential
- - Bachelors degree in Accounting a plus.
- - Minimum of five years of experience in accounting
- - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn our industry-specific CRM
- - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all departments including Sales Operations and accounting.
