Job Description
As Project Manager youll be the go-to leader ensuring our projects run safely smoothly and on schedule. Youll collaborate across teams lead with accountability and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing bids estimating and project proposals
- Managing subcontractors schedules and budgets
- Driving quality control and safety standards
- Acting as the liaison between clients architects and internal teams
- 7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- A degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
- Proficiency in Project Management Software (Procore is a plus)
- Strong multitasking communication and leadership skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with estimating and self-performed work
