What Youll Do

As Project Manager youll be the go-to leader ensuring our projects run safely smoothly and on schedule. Youll collaborate across teams lead with accountability and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities Include

Overseeing bids estimating and project proposals
Managing subcontractors schedules and budgets
Driving quality control and safety standards
Acting as the liaison between clients architects and internal teams

What You Bring

7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
A degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
Proficiency in Project Management Software (Procore is a plus)
Strong multitasking communication and leadership skills
Bonus: Familiarity with estimating and self-performed work
