Position :OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant

Location : Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC ensuring smooth invoice processing and automation for Accounts Payable operations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements analyze processes and design solutions leveraging OpenText VIM.
Configure and customize OpenText VIM modules including Invoice Capture Center (ICC) Business Center and Enterprise Scan.
Implement and optimize AP automation processes including invoice validation approval workflow exception handling and posting.
Work with stakeholders to design and deliver VIM reporting and analytics.
Perform system testing (unit integration and user acceptance testing) to ensure quality solutions.
Provide post-go-live support troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional/technical consultants business users and external vendors.
Develop documentation including configuration guides functional specifications and user training materials.
