About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead our Jira Cloud migration initiatives and drive Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Big 4 consulting firms strong project management expertise and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Jira Cloud migration projects ensuring seamless transition and adoption.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Standups Retrospectives etc.) and coach teams on Agile best practices.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering Product Operations Vendors) to ensure timely delivery.
Manage project timelines risks dependencies and deliverables to achieve business objectives.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to translate requirements effectively.
Provide status reports and executive updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile/Lean principles.

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile environments.
Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud migration projects.
Prior experience working with or consulting for a Big 4 firm (Deloitte PwC EY or KPMG).
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual).
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP PMP or equivalent certifications.
Background in IT project management cloud platforms or enterprise-level system migrations.
Experience managing distributed/global teams.
Strong analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills.
