Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Architect to lead front-end architecture and integration for customer engagement solutions leveraging React Salesforce Kafka and omnichannel technologies to enhance digital and in-store experiences.

Technical Skills & Experience
Front-End Development: Expert in JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript HTML CSS Tailwind Bootstrap.
Experience with and React Query (MFE V3 stack).

Architecture & Integration: Strong understanding of API-driven architectures GraphQL WebSockets and headless CMS/eCommerce solutions.
Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming.

Clientelling & CRM Platforms: Experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Commerce Cloud or Experience Cloud) Tulip NewStore or similar platforms.

Omnichannel & Contact Center Solutions: Knowledge of IVR CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) chatbots messaging APIs (Twilio Vonage) and AI-powered customer engagement tools.

Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS Azure or GCP CI/CD pipelines serverless computing and containerized deployments (Docker Kubernetes).

Security & Compliance: Understanding of OAuth SSO PCI-DSS GDPR CCPA and best practices in data security and privacy.

Nice to Have
GitLab for CI/CD automation and version control
Spring Boot & Java for backend services
API Gateway experience (APIGee or alternatives)
Akamai CDN & security solutions
Python for scripting automation or AI-driven workflows
