Job Description
- Define maintain and evolve APEIs enterprise architecture strategy ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term digital transformation goals.
- Partner with business leaders product owners and technology teams to translate business needs into robust scalable and secure technology solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews roadmaps and governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance across platforms and systems.
- Develop enterprise-wide standards frameworks and reference architectures for application data infrastructure and security domains.
- Drive system integration strategies including cloud adoption SaaS platforms ERP CRM LMS and other education technology systems.
- Ensure effective data governance interoperability and data flow across systems enabling actionable insights and improved student/employee experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering DevOps and security teams to guide solution design and technology selection.
- Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations on adoption to enhance APEIs digital capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
- Mentor solution architects and technical teams to build architecture maturity across the enterprise.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10 years of progressive IT experience including at least 5 years in enterprise/solution architecture roles.
- Experience in the education ed-tech or related industries preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman etc.).
- Expertise across multiple domains: cloud (AWS Azure or GCP) data integration APIs microservices ERP/CRM and SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems integration security design and application modernization.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) student information systems (SIS) and digital learning platforms is a plus.
