Responsibilities:

10 years exp as Technical Scrum Master
Certified SAFe Scrum Master with tech background (knowledge or exp of backend if possible Palantir or Devops).
Act as a servant leader for Agile teams working on GenAI solutions in the P&C insurance domain.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Skills:

This is for their Gen-AI program and candidate needs to be really good. They have rejected some of our very good candidates so far.
Having P&C and any Gen AI exposure is mandatory
Gen AI experience preferred
