Duties & Responsibilities
A dynamic and growing company in Centurion is seeking a highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Director. The ideal candidate must be highly diligent self-driven and capable of working independently while efficiently managing a wide range of tasks for the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
Manage schedules appointments and correspondence efficiently.
Prepare reports presentations and documents as required.
Assist with financial tasks including basic bookkeeping budgeting and financial reporting.
Coordinate meetings travel arrangements and events.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Certificate or degree in Office Administration Business Management Finance or related field is advantageous but not essential.
Strong financial knowledge and understanding of business operations.
Excellent organizational communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and discretion.
What We Offer:
R20 000.00 - R30 000.00 Basic Salary depending on experience
