This is a full-time office-based role in Centurion and cannot be performed remotely. Daily office attendance is required.
Key Requirements- Excellent communication skills: clear professional and friendly both over the phone and in person.
- Active listening: able to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
- Confidence: comfortable engaging with different people and handling objections.
- Client service orientation: focused on solving client queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Organised and detail-oriented: able to manage calls messages and appointments efficiently.
- Multitasking ability: handle calls while completing administrative or reception tasks.
- Persuasive telesales skills: capable of influencing clients towards a purchase.
- Positive attitude: enthusiastic and energetic in all interactions.
- Reliable and punctual: dependable and committed to responsibilities.
Additional Requirements- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
