About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced English Coach & Trainer to help our team enhance their communication skills for client-facing situations. This includes preparing for meetings building confidence and refining English presentation skills to ensure smooth daily communication with clients and international colleagues.
This role is a great fit for someone passionate about helping professionals express themselves clearly and fluently in English in a dynamic multicultural workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
English Tutoring & Coaching
Provide coaching focused on listening and speaking fluency.
Design personalized learning materials and assign homework for continued self-study.
Track learner progress and adjust lesson plans in collaboration with the Talent team.
Business Communication Coaching
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions (2030 minutes per session 12 sessions per employee per week).
Offer practical feedback on language use and presentation delivery.
Help employees gain confidence in expressing ideas in meetings and presentations.
Support for Internal Evaluations
Align lessons with expected performance in communication assessments.
Design mock interviews and workplace simulations to support evaluation preparation.
Progress Reporting
Share weekly updates with the HR Manager.
Recommend extra support where needed and highlight employees showing strong progress.
Job requirements
Must-Have
At least 1 year of experience as an English Teacher Tutor for Adults
Diploma or Bachelor of Education in English Language.
IELTS 7.5 with Speaking score at least 7.0
Recognized teaching certification (CELTA TESOL TEFL or equivalent).
Strong skills in motivating lesson planning communication coaching and presentation.
Nice-to-Have
Experience teaching English in a corporate environment ideally in the IT industry.
Experience with soft skills coaching or public speaking training.
Schedule Notes:
This is an onsite position. The trainers working schedule will align with employees onsite days.
