Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute FOH strategies aligned with Chick-fil-As Critical Success Factors (Leadership Talent Financial Stewardship Sales & Brand Growth and Customer Experience).
- People Development: Coach and grow Team Leaders and Team Members by setting clear expectations providing accountability and investing in leadership development.
- Operational Excellence: Design optimize and oversee systems that ensure smooth FOH operations consistent service and efficiency across all service channels.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage FOH labor food and operational costs; conduct safe/till audits; use reporting tools to maximize profitability while upholding guest service standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure FOH teams consistently deliver Chick-fil-As Core 4 Second-Mile Service andWinning Hearts Every Daystrategy with a focus on hospitality accuracy and speed.
- Continuous Improvement: Innovate and refine systems policies and practices to drive efficiency guest satisfaction and team engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operator and leadership team to align goals share best practices and strengthen organization-wide strategy.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain safety sanitation and quality assurance standards; ensure readiness for third-party inspections.

- Proven leadership experience with success in coaching and developing others
- Strong knowledge of Chick-fil-A operations FOH best practices Core 4 and Second-Mile Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and influence others
- Organized forward-thinking and solutions-oriented; thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and control costs
