Functions:
On Site and Remote Support
Training of users and monitoring compliance with IT policies processes and standards.
Provide 2nd level technical support as well as follow up on incidents when they are escalated
Identify recurring incidents associated with IT issues investigate and propose improvements.
Use and administration of Active Directory
Management of console and RSA devices.
Management of IT assets (Computers Tokens Printers etc.)
AV roomssupport
Support for Apple devices
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree (Systems Engineer or related)
-At least 3 years of experience
-knowledge of Active Directory console and RSA devices Apple devices and On Site and Remote Supportproviding 2nd level attention.
