The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team youll take ownership of a sophisticated caseload spanning retail hospitality real estate development and corporate sectors. This role offers genuine autonomy exposure to high-profile clients and the platform to develop your expertise whilst working alongside experienced partners who are invested in your progression.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing complex commercial property transactions independently including acquisitions disposals leases and development projects
Advising national corporations professional partnerships and growing businesses on strategic property matters
Drafting and negotiating high-value legal documentation including contracts leases development agreements and security arrangements
Building and nurturing client relationships through commercially astute solution-focused advice
Supervising and mentoring junior team members contributing to their professional development
Collaborating with cross-practice teams on multi-disciplinary matters to deliver comprehensive client solutions

What Youll Need to Succeed
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 710 years PQE in commercial property law
Proven track record of independently managing large-scale complex commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
Strong technical expertise across acquisitions disposals landlord and tenant matters property finance and development work
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking able to align legal advice with clients broader business objectives
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrable client relationship management experience with the ability to generate and develop work
Strong communication skills able to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues
