Job Description
Role:Casual Educator - Cetificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Location:Hawthorne
Centre: Goodstart Hawthorne
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm
Pay: Between $39.24 - $44.20 p/h

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart youll be a flexible team-oriented professional ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Youll achieve this by:
Actively contributingto the education program in the room and the centre team
Engagingand supervisingthe children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children families and team members
Building and maintaining strong positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
