Preventative Maintenance Technician
SKF is a leading global supplier and a company that specializes in manufacturing bearings seals lubrication systems and related products & services.
SKF Clevedon designs sales and manufactures self-lubricating spherical and bush bearings predominantly for the aerospace industry.
As a Preventative Maintenance Technician you will be servicing repairing and improving on a wide range of production equipment including CNC lathes mills and grinding machines.
Main responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance servicing of manufacturing equipment
- Repair and support with repairs of equipment
- Review & update preventive maintenance programs
- Collaborate and plan to minimize disruption
Requirements:
- Technical education as Level 3 Apprenticeship or T level
- Electrical qualification and able to demonstrate electrical safety
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communicatin skills and ability to work well in a team
- Interest in learning and developing new skills

Additional information
The location for this position will be based in Clevedon UK. This is a local contract.
The position holder reports to the Maintenance & Tool Room Manager.
