The logic way forward

Job Purpose:

As a Transport Coordinator you are a master at handling and solving customer questions. You are the first point of contact and ensure that complaints are concluded with the correct agreement. Building a good harmony with customers and stakeholders is indispensable here.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of the wagon lists and the consignment notes
Optimal train planning
Registering the trains at the ports and terminals
Wagon management handling any damage to wagons
Processing relevant data in the various systems
Keeping customers informed about the train run
Rescheduling in the event of delays and possible other irregularities
Hiring handling and resolving customer queries
Managing our container depots
Keeping administrative matters up to date

Job requirements

Requirements:

Approximately 2 years of work experience in logistics or a completed logistics education
Excellent knowledgeof the Dutch and English language. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
You are accurate and you can work independently and in a team
Strong in planning and communicative skills as you have a lot of contact with both internal and external stakeholders and customers
You are willing to work different shifts (morning afternoon and evening)
You are proactive and dare to make decisions
