Job Description

We are looking for a QA Manager who ensures that suppliers fulfill their quality responsibilities drives operational excellence at our suppliers and secures a reliable product supply. You are proactive analytical and capable of leading quality initiatives across internal teams and supplier sites.

About the job

As QA Manager you will be a key member of a cross-functional Supplier Relationship Team (SRT) responsible for:

  • Ensuring suppliers comply with quality technical agreements
  • Leading and tracking quality matters such as OOS OOT complaints major deviations and change controls including root cause investigations and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers for technical transfers new product introductions and insourcing transfers to ensure compliant product launch and stable supply.
  • Defining quality KPI targets with Supplier Relationship Managers (SRMs) monitoring supplier performance and driving improvement plans where needed.
  • Take active part in business review meetings with suppliers responsible for bringing the supplier performance evaluation on the agenda. Acting as primary point-of-contact for all quality matters promoting communication and collaboration with internal functions and suppliers.

You will report to the Head of Quality Operations and become part of the Supplier Relationship Team.

Who are you

You have experience in quality management supplier oversight and operational excellence. Your skills and qualifications include the ability to evaluate supplier change requests identify and lead continuous improvements and process optimizations.

We expect you to have experience in quality operations e.g. managing audits deviations complaints product release and quality oversight processes and have strong collaboration and communication skills for working across departments and with supplier counterparts.

A strong commercial mindset and strategic relationship building grounded in quality and compliance arethe key to ensuring timely deliveries and a stable resilient product supply.

Lastly you have a proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
