Experienced Value Stream Integrator

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Value Stream Integrator (VSI) to join our Value Stream Integration team supporting the Electronics Center of Excellence (ExCOE) in Huntsville Alabama.

Were looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about precision and innovation to help produce Boeings Patriot Advanced Capability Electronics Center of Excellence (CoE) an integral part of the worlds most advanced air defense system. Recently the CoE in association with the PAC-3 product was honored as the 2025 Coolest Thing Made in Alabama: in the statewide Manufacturing Madness competition.

Position Responsibilities:

• Integrate & facilitate cross-functional engagement through the value stream (Work Induction Manufacturing Shipping Closeout etc.)

• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers and partners.

• Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific business operations

• Active participant in Work Induction activities

• Ensure demand requirements are up to date and notify teammates of any modifications for planning purposes

• As required develop Estimates to Completions (ETC) and participate in Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews

• Participate in regularly scheduled Business Performance Reviews

• Coordinate / Facilitate Customer visits as required

• Support the organization to implement strategies and plans

• Works under minimal supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience in cost schedule and technical management.

• 5 years of experience in partnering with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint

• Experience leading and participating in meetings using Microsoft Teams

• Experience implementing Lean Principles

• Working knowledge of Boeing systems (MESci / NCM BRAIDSS Compass Contract BESSY etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher.

• 7 years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

• 7 years of experience leading various problem solving methods (i.e. Root Cause Analysis 5 Whys or other assessment audit and investigative models).

• 7 years of experience employing Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques either as a project manager control account manager or control account manager assistant.

• 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations program management project management and/or business operations.

• 7 years of experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan for a business/organization.

Shift:

This position is currently scheduled for A shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm. As business conditions change the selected candidate should be able to work any shift as needed.
