LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that Designs Builds and Delivers Web and Mobile applications worldwide specializing in comprehensive solutions across industries such as marketing healthcare law compliance insurance and HR management. We are currently looking for a skilled Middle Business Analyst with 3 years of experience.
Project description
Ukrainian digital publishing house dedicated to providing professional information support across various sectors. The company specializes in delivering expert-legal systems specialized publications and training programs tailored for professionals in accounting human resources education healthcare labor safety and public procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting client interviews to gather insights.
- Documenting system requirements thoroughly.
- Breaking down products into clear components.
- Defining system modules with accuracy.
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Preparing detailed system specifications (SRS PRS).
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers and tech team.
- Collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience in the Education domain or LMS would be a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-organization responsibility and a goal-oriented approach.
- Team player ready for dynamic work with requirements (change requests).
- Passion for creating detailed documentation organizing tasks and sharing knowledge.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence BPMN diagramming tools or similar.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English proficiency at intermediate level (B1) or higher.
