  • Calendar & Time Management: Prioritize and schedule meetings protect founder’s time.
  • Inbox & Communication: Manage emails draft responses flag urgent issues. Take care of LinkedIn handle social media handle of the company. Provide inputs on employer branding.
  • Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Prepare agendas materials take notes track action items.
  • Travel Planning: Coordinate flights hotels itineraries and logistics.
  • Gatekeeping: Filter requests act as first point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor key initiatives ensure deadlines are met report progress.
  • Research & Briefings: Gather data create summaries for faster decision-making - note taker.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with investors board members clients and team.
  • Internal Communication: Cascade founder updates ensure alignment across team.
  • Event Support: Plan offsites board meetings and investor presentations.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest tools/workflows to optimize founder’s efficiency.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and trust.
  • Personal Support: Assist with personal scheduling travel and errands.
