Job Summary
What youll do
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic and tactical decision-making across the subregion.
- Lead the budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes across the
- Subregion ensuring alignment with regional goals
- Deliver monthly performance reporting variance analysis and commercial KPIs to support business reviews. Conduct monthly reviews of performance signings trends and customer profitability. Identify issues and trends and escalate areas of concern to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the Investments and Portfolio Management teams to validate financial assumptions in business cases.
What youll need
- Proven experience in commercial finance FP&A or business partnering roles within a multinational or matrixed organization. 5 years experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in budgeting forecasting and financial modeling.
- Exposure to integration or transformation projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX compliance is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; other European language is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g. SAP Hyperion or similar).
