Overall Job Role:

This role will provide a dietetic service for women in pregnancy and those attending specific gynaecology services. They will provide expertise in nutritional assessment and optimise intake. They will care for women with hyperemesis gravidarum diabetes in pregnancy and complications of pregnancy effecting nutritional intake. Opportunities to enhance recovery and preparation for surgery. Development of research audit training and education and development of resources.

They will act as a resource and provide expert opinion advice and guidance to dietetic colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
